Rare New Jersey Patriotic - #65 tied by a Washington, D.C. CDS cancel and member of congress free frank on an overall soiled design in blue "The Loyal States of New Jersey" with a female, flag and seal of New Jersey. There is a repair at the top and reduced on the right side with a corner clipped.
